Job Description

Calling all HR Superstars! I'm supporting a well-established international consultancy with a strong reputation in HR, employment law and workplace compliance. With a large and growing client base across the UK and overseas, they provide expert advice and services that help businesses navigate their most complex people challenges. They are now looking for an ER Advisor to join their Manchester team-an opportunity to work on varied, high-impact cases, supporting clients through sensitive and often business-critical employee relations matters. In this position, you'll deliver professional ER support virtually (via Teams) and occasionally in person. From disciplinaries and grievances to appeals, investigations and settlement negotiations, you'll guide clients through the process with impartiality, legal accuracy and clear communication. Day to Day Conduct or support formal employee meetings on behalf of clients. Provide clear advice on disciplinary, grievance, capability and appeal issues. Undertake mediation, conciliation and investigations when required. Produce timely, well-written reports and risk assessments. Develop strong client relationships and contribute to repeat business. YOU? Degree in HR, Law, or a related field-or extensive professional experience. Background in HR consultancy, ER advisory or employment law. Personable, professional, and confident working in pressured situations. Excellent communicator with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
