You will love getting into the detail, collaborating, tracking, and monitoring the data and reporting trends and your findings. Like a project this will lead you to outcomes and delivering the benefits. There is so much you and we can learn from focusing on ER and you will feed your findings and recommendations into the full employee life cycle, from recruitment, people policies, processes, wellbeing initiatives, and management capability.
