Description
Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters to managers and employees.
Handle complex employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinaries, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and procedures.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation.
Support HR initiatives and projects related to employee engagement and workplace culture.
Conduct investigations and prepare reports with recommendations for resolution.
Deliver training and coaching to managers on employee relations best practices.
