Job Description

Anderson Knight Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join the HR function of a leading UK organisation. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to provide expert guidance on employee relations matters across a large, diverse workforce. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the fair and consistent application of employment practices across the business. Key Responsibilities: * Managing a wide range of complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence matters. * Advising line managers and stakeholders on ER issues, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal procedures. * Supporting the wider HR team with initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, consistency, and policy adherence. * Analysing ER trends and contributing to continuous improvement in people management practices. Candidate Requirements: * Significant experience in a dedicated ER or HR advisory role, ideally within a large or multi-site organisation. * Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice. * Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume and complex ER casework with professionalism and objectivity. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders at all levels.
