Job Description
PET-Xi Training is a leading provider of high-quality vocational training and educational services. With a passion for transforming lives through education, we aim to provide exceptional learning experiences and empower individuals to achieve their full potential.
Job Opportunity
* To link with employers and promote PET-Xi and our Restart participants to recruit to live vacancies with employers.
* To have a small caseload of participants to support individuals back into sustainable employment as an Employability Coach.
* To support Employment Coaches to achieve monthly Job Entry performance.
* To upload employer details onto a PICS system.
* To ensure that planned courses delivered are at full capacity with participants attending.
* Networking to attend Career and Job Fair events.
* To support participants that are currently employed or self-employed to ensure that they sustain employment employment.
Key Skills and Mindset
· A passion to exceed all monthly performance targets and KPIs
· Motivation to deliver strong outcomes for individuals and transform lives
· Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
· Experience of working in target driven environment
· Excellent communication skills to build rapport with individuals quickly and with the ability to listen, understand and coach
· Ability to motivate individuals and challenge them
· Great knowledge of the labour market
· Good at problem solving
· Strong IT skills
· Excellent organisational skills
· A strong commitment to personal and professional development
· Be able to comply with data protection, IT security and other policies
· Be a team player and supportive of colleagues
