They are now seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join our busy Employment team at our Coventry office.
The Role
As a fee earner in their Employment department, you will work closely with senior lawyers on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters, including:
Advising employers and employees on employment rights and obligations
Drafting and reviewing contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
Assisting with Employment Tribunal claims and dispute resolution
Supporting corporate colleagues on the employment aspects of business transactions
