Employment Solicitor - Remote | Flexible Working Hours
Salary: £55-72,000 + BONUS
Experience: 3PQE+

OVERVIEW
This role offers exceptional flexibility, allowing you to choose your working days and hours, on a completely remote basis. You will manage a diverse caseload of employment law matters, providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a varied caseload of employment law matters, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, settlement agreements, and employment tribunal claims.
- Provide clear, practical, and commercially focused legal advice to clients.
- Handle client enquiries and convert leads into instructions.
- Collaborate with a team of 12 employment specialists, sharing knowledge and supporting each other.
ABOUT YOU
- 3PQE+ Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in employment law, either contentious or/and non-contentious matters
- Ability to manage your own caseload and work independently
- Self-motivated and organised with the ability to work remotely
- Comfortable handling inbound client leads and converting them into instructions
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS
- £25K annual bonus after 2 years of employment
- Flexible working hours, fully remote position with bi-monthly team meetings
- Dedicated support including an assistant and full IT support
- Provision of equipment such as a laptop, phone, and land-line
