Job Description
We are recruiting for an Enablement Support Officer for a leading Aerospace organisation based on site in Broughton.
It is essential that you come from either a Manufacturing, Production or Aerospace background.
Deliverables Include:
* Support the enablement for ramp up through implementing “new ways of working” and best practices.
* Support to production areas within the facility on project based work.
* Ensure EHS and Airworthiness standards are met and drive the Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People (SQCDP) process to identify and implement potential improvements.
* Acting as an interface between different areas of the business.
* Lineside support for production enabling blockers & support.
* Liaising with facilities, maintenance dept to ensure adherence to agreed SLA’s and delivery requirements.
Skills
* Background in manufacturing or production environments (essential).
* Willingness and ability to handle changes on a day-to-day basis in a timely manner
* Excellent stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work on own initiative but also working as part of a small team.
* Demonstrates a ‘can-do’ attitude, positive mindset, is self- motivated and has the ability to manage own time effectively.
* Ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written at all levels.
* Experience of computerised systems, Workday and SAP would be desirable. Excellent skills in the use of Google Applications.
This is an umbrella contract, the role is Inside IR35Before You Apply
