About the Role
As the Endoscopy Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of our state-of-the-art Endoscopy Suite. You’ll lead a passionate team of clinicians, oversee high-quality patient-centred care, and ensure the delivery of a safe, efficient, and expert endoscopy service.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the endoscopy team to ensure high standards of patient care
*
Oversee operational management, staffing, and clinical skill mix
*
Maintain a safe environment and proactively resolve any safety concerns
*
Support consultants and manage endoscopy equipment and scheduling
*
Ensure adherence to best practice in scope decontamination and traceability
*
Maximise theatre efficiency and investigate performance issues where necessary
What We’re Looking For
*
Registered Nurse (NMC) or equivalent qualification
*
Minimum 3 years' experience in Endoscopy Nursing
*
Previous experience in the independent/private healthcare sector
*
Experience conducting clinical audits
*
Confident leadership and organisational skills
