Energy Assessor Cheshire CTJ50 £35,000 - £43,000 A leading property and sustainability consultancy based in Cheshire is currently seeking a qualified Energy Assessor to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to a company dedicated to driving energy efficiency and sustainability across residential and commercial developments. Key Responsibilities: Conduct domestic and/or non-domestic energy assessments across various property types. Complete and submit accurate Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs). Carry out SAP, SBEM, DEA, or OCDEA assessments in line with government regulations. Provide expert advice to clients on energy efficiency improvements and regulatory compliance. Keep up to date with legislation and industry developments. Liaise with architects, developers, and project stakeholders during various phases of design and construction. Ensure all assessments and documentation meet the required accreditation standards.Candidate Requirements: Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) and/or Non-Domestic Energy Assessor (NDEA). OCDEA accreditation is highly desirable. Proficient in using software such as Elmhurst, Stroma, or NHER. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Cheshire and the surrounding area. Strong organisational and communication skills. Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects independently.What's on Offer: Competitive salary of £35,000 - £43,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
