Energy Efficiency Contract Manager (£56,610 per annum, full-time, hybrid working)
Job Role
We’re excited to invite an experienced Contract Manager to join our dynamic Asset Team. Your mission: help us achieve EPC C by 2030 and reach Net Zero Carbon by 2050, ensuring our residents enjoy warm and affordable homes to heat.
What You’ll Do:
Lead our Warm Homes, Wave 3 project, working in partnership with an excellent contractor and our consortium of other housing organisations to deliver impactful government grant-funded initiatives such as external wall insulation, air source heat pumps, and PV panels.
Manage contracts to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Secure additional funding and grants to support our long-term sustainability goals for technologies such as insulation, PV panels, and electric vehicle chargers.
Keep our residents informed and engaged throughout this energy transformationWhat We’re Looking For:
Contract and Project Management experience is essential for this role.
Proven experience in energy efficiency and funding sourcing is desirable.
A passion for innovative energy solutions and sustainable living.
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Education to degree level or equivalent in Building, Construction, or related fields, or relevant Project Management qualifications.
