Certificated Enforcement Agent – Full-Time
Brighton
£28,500 basic + OTE £70,000+

Key Responsibilities:

Attend properties to enforce court orders and recover unpaid debts
*
Assess financial situations and set up affordable repayment plans
*
Handle payments, manage documentation, and report case progress
*
Make enquiries to trace individuals and assess vulnerability
*
Take control or removal of goods where necessary
*
Comply with all legal standards, data protection, and health & safety guidelines
What They’re Looking For:
*
Level 2 Taking Control of Goods certificate (essential)
*
Full UK driving licence (held for 2+ years)
*
Confident, empathetic, and professional communicator
*
Self-motivated, calm under pressure, and able to work independently
*
Strong interpersonal skills and a respectful, ethical approach to enforcement
