Job Description
Engine Fitter
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and strip down products in line with internal work instructions.
Follow all defence-sector specific requirements, including component traceability and detailed strip & survey reporting.
Evaluate components to determine fitness for purpose.
Record additional Bill of Materials (BOM) requirements and maintain accurate job documentation.
Rebuild and test products to original equipment or military specification.
Report faults and follow guidance from the Workshop Supervisor.
Maintain high standards of workmanship while working efficiently.
Adhere strictly to health & safety, quality, and operational procedures.
Accurately record job activities daily using the internal ERP system.What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in engine fitting, mechanical work, or remanufacturing.
Strong mechanical aptitude and keen attention to detail.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Competency in MS Office (especially Excel), or willingness to train.
Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
