Job Description
Our client is an award-winning, UK house builder is looking for an Engineer to join their Technical team due to growth
The Candidate:
• A relevant qualification or strong experience in technical design, and/or civil engineering
• Knowledge of engineering requirements of the house building industry and the legal framework associated with Technical standards and requirements.
• Knowledge and application of:
- Highway Design Standards
- Sewers for adoption
- Building Regs
- British Standards
- AutoCAD
• Good Technical and legal knowledge and Financial/Commercial awareness
• Good Organisational skills
• Flexible and adaptable to changing requirements
• Good verbal and written communication
• Awareness of Type approval with NHBC, LABC and SBD
