Job Description: We are seeking an Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be mainly responsible for providing design and draughting support. This role requires a technical background, design skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting engineering projects large and small, ensuring satisfactory completion.
* Develop solutions for engineering issues and produce drawings.
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure engineering objectives are met.
* Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
* Degree or similar in an engineering discipline.
* Experience in an engineering environment.
* Understanding of engineering principles and safety standards.
* Communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* CAD modelling ability preferably Solidworks or Autocad.
* Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures.
* Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Project an advantage.
* Training is available where required.
Job Type: Full-time 40 hours per week
