Join Our Team as a Bespoke Compliance Engineer!

Adecco working in partnership with Bentley Motors are searching for a dynamic Bespoke Compliance Engineer to join their Connected Car R&D portfolio planning team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about connected car technology and eager to shape the future of vehicle features and customer experiences.
Pay Rate: PAYE £27.12 LTD: 31.49
Working Pattern: Hybrid - 3 days on site - flexible on which days, 35 hours per week Mon to Fri
End date: 31/01/2026 - see this being 6-12-month contract
Location: Pyms Lane, Crewe, CW1 3PL
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate on Mulliner coach-built and collections projects to ensure all compliance and certification topics are seamlessly delivered.
* Review project proposals, providing insights into certification requirements from the very start of the development process.
* Navigate through projects, ensuring that all certification and compliance requirements are met and aligned for successful outcomes.
* Represent compliance and certification topics in cross-functional reviews of structured development processes.
* Create content approval and change request forms to support the development process.
* Enhance the product compliance and certification review process to drive excellence.
* Contribute to special project certification deliverables, ensuring every detail is accounted for!
What You Bring:
* Automotive Experience: A solid background in automotive engineering, particularly in R&D or related fields.
* Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with product compliance and certification is a plus.
* Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage projects and work cross-functionally with diverse teams.
* Problem Solver: Strong capability in handling complexity and prioritizing topics effectively.
* Educational Background: A Higher Engineering degree or equivalent technical experience.
