Location: Offices in Cardiff, Warrington, or Theale (UK-wide travel required)
Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 + allowances + benefits
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

The Role
We’re looking for Engineers to join the SAR Operations team. This is a hands-on, site-based position where you’ll be working outdoors and supporting project teams to deliver safe, high-quality remediation projects across the UK.
Key responsibilities include:

Supervising site activities and subcontractors
*
Mobilising and maintaining remediation equipment
*
Supporting project delivery in line with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards
*
Carrying out site checks, recording accurate documentation, and maintaining compliance
*
Assisting with the deployment, operation, and maintenance of remediation systems
*
Building strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and subcontractors
*
Travelling regularly and staying away during the week (occasional Sunday night travel; early Friday finishes)
What We’re Looking For
*
Ideally, experience in remediation or environmental engineering
*
We also welcome candidates from technical / mechanical engineering backgrounds who are keen to move into remediation
*
Willingness to work outdoors, and be part of a team
*
Flexible with regular UK travel and overnight stays
*
Strong focus on Health & Safety
*
Good IT, organisational, and communication skills
*
Full UK driving licence (essential)
