At PrepWorld, we’ve created a brand-new position just for someone like you — a Night Shift Engineering & Hygiene Manager role where your leadership, experience, and judgement will shape two critical functions across night operations. This is your chance to take full ownership, lead your way, and build something sustainable.
What your nights will look like:
* Leading a dedicated Hygiene team and focused Engineering crew across chilled, high-care production
* Taking full responsibility for food safety, cleaning standards, equipment performance, and shift readiness
* Working hands-on with tools like ATP testing, allergen control, and root cause analysis — but also guiding your team to do the same
* Making key decisions around escalations, technical issues, and product release — with full trust from senior leaders
* Bringing structure and pride to a team that’s ready for direction and growth
