What You Will Do:
- Lead and manage project activities, ensuring on-time delivery and promoting Scrum values to drive team success.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather testing requirements and deliver system rig designs that meet high-quality standards.
- Create comprehensive system designs, including architecture, wiring diagrams, cooling circuit schematics, and bills of materials.
- Capture lessons learned from projects, share insights with the team, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with established processes, ensuring quality delivery and positive audit outcomes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align technical requirements and resolve risks early to prevent project obstacles.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience delivering projects and developing complex systems in an Agile environment, ideally with Scrum implementation.
- Background in designing and/or validating electrified powertrains and integrating complex systems.
- Strong ability to present complex technical ideas clearly to diverse audiences, showcasing excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Visio and Excel, with an ability to create professional design artefacts.
- A degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Controls, or Systems Engineering, alongside Scrum Master qualifications.
