Engineering Foreman Role and Company Overview
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Engineering Foreman (Machining) to join a bespoke and successful engineering business. Engineering Foreman Hours and Benefits
* Salary negotiable dependant on experience and expectations
* 37.5 Hours per week, 8:00am – 4:00pm Monday to Friday
* Overtime and bonus opportunities
This position is commutable from – Burton upon Trent, Tamworth, Cannock, Walsall, Lichfield, Burntwood
Engineering Foreman Candidate Requirements
* Solid engineering background with practical, hands-on experience.
* CNC machining expertise.
* Organised, proactive, and quality focused.
* Fabrication/fitting experience is a bonus.
* Any exposure to heavy engineering / castings or foundry would be highly advantageous.
Engineering Foreman Key responsibilities
* Lead a small engineering team and keep workflow on track.
* Read and work from engineering drawings to precision tolerances.
* Operate CNC milling and lathe machines (medium/large components – utilizing XYZ or Haas).
* Fabricate and fit components where needed.
