As their new Engineering & Hygiene Manager on the night shift, you will develop a high-performance hygiene culture and drive engineering excellence.
The Role
As Engineering & Hygiene Manager, you will:
* Oversee all night shift engineering activities, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient plant performance.
* Lead the hygiene strategy, delivering audit-ready standards across high-care, low-risk, and external areas.
* Own validation and verification processes, including ATP testing, allergen controls, and swabbing.
* Act as the senior escalation point for technical, hygiene, and emergency decision-making.
* Drive a culture of safety, ownership, and high performance across multi-skilled, multicultural teams.
* Monitor and improve KPI performance across hygiene and engineering metrics.
* Lead CI initiatives to optimise chemical usage, cleaning techniques, and equipment reliability.
The Candidate
The successful Engineering & Hygiene Manager, will have:
* Leadership experience in hygiene or engineering or both.
* Experience in a food manufacturing environment.
