A great opportunity has arisen to join a growing manufacturer within the electrical engineering sector. They are seeking a reliable and motivated Engineernig Labourer to join their production team.

Job Description:

Sanding, rubbing and masking painted products
Preparing stencils and jigs for production processes
Applying markings to products using approved methods
Using a range of hand tools safely and effectively
Following quality standards, procedures and work instructions
Maintaining high health and safety standards at all times
Carrying out general housekeeping duties within production and site areas
Supporting general factory and production activities as required
Meeting production schedules and output targets
Working collaboratively with colleagues across departmentsBeneficial Skills / Experience:

Full training will be provided; however, candidates should demonstrate:

Reliability and a strong work ethic
Excellent attention to detail
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to follow instructions and work to established procedures
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
The ability to work independently when required
A flexible approach to supporting different areas of the business
Understanding of the importance of teamwork and productivity targets
Physical fitness suitable for a manufacturing environment
Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment
Experience working within a continuous improvement environment
