An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Engineering & Maintenance Manager to join a leading manufacturing site. Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you'll lead the Engineering & Maintenance team to drive equipment reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement across all assets and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
·Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing maintenance and engineering team.
·Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance to minimise downtime and improve OEE.
·Manage capital projects, site utilities, and external contractors.
·Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards (e.g., PUWER, LOLER, ISO 14001).
·Support audits, drive root cause analysis, and champion continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
·Degree or HNC in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent experience.
·Proven leadership in a regulated manufacturing environment.
·Strong understanding of asset care, TPM, and CMMS systems.
·Confident managing projects, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration.
·Proactive, safety-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
