Engineering Manager - Major Infrastructure (Sellafield)
Location: Sellafield, Cumbria
Salary: circa ~£79,000-£85,000 + package
Job Type: Permanent
TRIbuild Solutions are recruiting an Engineering Manager to support a major infrastructure upgrade programme at Sellafield, working with a leading Tier-1 contractor.
This is a senior role overseeing engineering delivery across complex civils packages within a highly regulated nuclear environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead engineering teams across multiple work packages
Manage design coordination, technical assurance and delivery
Review and approve engineering documentation and methodologies
Interface with design, construction and commercial teams
Ensure compliance with programme, quality and safety standardsRequirements:
Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or Senior Engineer on major infrastructure projects
Strong civils background (RC structures, drainage, heavy civils)
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams
Familiarity with NEC contracts and regulated environments
