Engineering Manager – Commercial Vehicle Garage
Location: Yorkshire
Salary: £55,000 per annum
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Engineering Manager to join a busy commercial vehicle garage in the Yorkshire area. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a skilled team, manage workshop operations, and ensure the highest standards of vehicle maintenance and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily workshop operations and staff performance.
Manage scheduling, workload allocation, and resource planning.
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
Ensure efficient and timely servicing and repair of commercial vehicles.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technicians and engineers.Requirements:
Proven experience in a workshop management or engineering leadership role, ideally within commercial vehicle maintenance.
Strong technical knowledge of commercial vehicles.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
