A leading food manufacturing business in Corby is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager. You will lead a team of engineers, ensuring that all equipment is maintained to the highest standard and that production runs efficiently. Food industry experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead the engineering team across maintenance and production support
Oversee planned maintenance schedules and reactive maintenance activities
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimise plant efficiency

Requirements
