Key responsibilities as Engineering Manager:
* Manage a team of approximately 10 Maintenance Engineers, Team Leaders, Maintenance Planner and Stores Controller
* Oversee electrical and mechanical workloads including planned and reactive maintenance across all production lines
* Drive plant performance through continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives
* Support capital projects, ensuring effective budget control
* Manage subcontractors and maintain high standards of safety compliance
* Identify and resolve recurring plant issues using root cause analysis
* Enhance equipment reliability through the application of best maintenance practices and effective use of the CMMS system
Required experience and qualifications for Engineering Manager:
* Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or Maintenance
* Strong knowledge of EHS, PPM, TPM and CMMS systems
* Proven experience within a manufacturing maintenance environment
* Familiarity with producing RAMS, SOPs and maintenance procedures
