Engineering Manager (Permanent)
Location: Dungannon
Salary: £65,000–£75,000+

We’re recruiting an Engineering Manager for a leading food manufacturer in Dungannon. This is a permanent leadership role where you’ll head up all engineering and maintenance activity on site, making sure production runs smoothly, safely, and reliably.
If you’re an experienced leader in food or FMCG and want to take ownership of a busy engineering department, this Engineering Manager role could be the step up you’re looking for.
What you’ll be doing as Engineering Manager:
* Lead and develop the site engineering team
* Oversee planned and reactive maintenance across production equipment
* Drive improvements to reduce downtime and boost reliability
* Manage compliance with food safety, H&S and company standards
* Set engineering KPIs and report into senior leadership
* Work closely with production and technical teams to solve problems quickly
What we’re looking for in an Engineering Manager:
* Previous leadership experience in food manufacturing or FMCG
* Strong knowledge of maintenance systems and quality systems
* Experience managing calibrations, repairs, and preventative maintenance
* Hands-on leadership style with good communication skills
* Organised, decisive, and able to keep the site running efficiently
