Your Remuneration Package:
A comprehensive package rewarding your expertise, including a salary of £73,000 - £78,000.
£5,000 car allowance.
Excellent benefits including pension (matched up to 8%), private medical, and potential quarterly bonuses.
25 days' holiday plus bank holidays.What you will be doing:
This is not just about keeping the plant running, you will develop and execute the engineering and maintenance strategy, leading a large engineering team, and with responsibility for a significant budget. You will lead CAPEX projects up to £1M in value and champion the site's commitment to lean and continuous improvement, making a visible difference to performance and output.
What you'll need to apply:
A proven track record as an Engineering Manager or Maintenance Manager in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
High-level leadership skills, with proven experience in developing people and managing performance.
