Engineering qualification or Apprenticeship, FMCG manufacturing experience is required.

Duties
To manage and carry out the requirements of the planned preventive maintenance programme.
Ownership of the engineering department
Overall budget control
Drive scheduled maintenance across facilities and maintenance
Put new processes in place
Drive continuous improvement
Monitor KPI's
Manage stakeholders
Cost saving strategies
