Job Description
An exciting opportunity has come up for an advanced and innovative technology company in the Lincolnshire area. We’re looking for an energetic Engineering Manager to oversee the design and development of power electronic assembly.
The Engineering Manager will have around 10 direct reports across Power Electronics, software, CAD and Test Engineers.
This role is based in Lincoln and will mainly be onsite.
Engineering Manager requirements:
* Degree qualified in Electronics
* Leadership experience
* Delivery of complex technical projects
* Design of power electronic converters (DC-DC, AC-DC, DC-AC)
* Networking (desirable but not essential)
