Engineering Programme Lead Location: Huddersfield Salary: £48,000 per annum Contract: Full-time, Permanent Annual Leave: 62 days (including bank holidays) Pension Scheme: 23.68% employer contribution Flexible Working: Opportunities available Are you an experienced engineering professional with a passion for education and leadership? We're seeking a dynamic Engineering Programme Lead to join our forward-thinking college in the heart of Yorkshire. About the Role As the Engineering Programme Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of aspiring engineers. This full-time role is split between: Teaching (3 days per week): Deliver engaging and industry-relevant teaching to Level 3 engineering apprentices. Programme Leadership (2 days per week): Oversee curriculum delivery, support teaching staff, ensure compliance with quality standards, and work closely with employers and stakeholders to maintain the highest standards across the programme.
