Job Description
Currently recruiting for an exciting Engineering Project Manager position with a highly reputable, forward-thinking engineering business based near Chester (Capenhurst). This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company with a strong people-focused culture, known for innovation, collaboration, and supporting employee development.
In this role, you will play a central part in leading and coordinating engineering projects, working across multi-disciplinary teams to ensure successful delivery to time, cost, and quality expectations. You’ll act as the key link between technical, commercial, and operational teams, ensuring all project activities align and progress smoothly.
You’ll be managing project plans, identifying and mitigating risks, supporting technical teams, and ensuring seamless handovers across engineering disciplines. The projects are varied, with a focus on engineering, technology integration, and operational readiness.

We’re looking for:
✔ Experienced Project Manager from an engineering or technical environment
✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
✔ Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects and align teams
✔ Familiarity with supply chain and manufacturing processes is beneficial
✔ Confident using project planning tools (Gantt, Kanban, or equivalent)
