* 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday

Engineering Project Manager Role Function
* The Engineering Project Manager will lead end-to-end engineering projects onsite, driving initiatives from concept through FAT/SAT testing to successful completion.
* Responsible for planning, executing, and delivering capital projects on time and within budget, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing contractors, and ensuring equipment and process improvements align with long-term operational goals.
* A hands-on role blending technical expertise, project leadership, and continuous improvement to optimize production performance.
Engineering Project Manager Candidate Requirements
* You will be a Time Served Engineer with experience in a production facility environment (apprenticeship minimum) having achieved mechanical/electrical engineering focused qualification.
* A proven Mechanical or Electrical specialist with a hands-on skilled background in either discipline.
* Experience of successful project management, delivering projects through structured phases
* Competent in managing priorities, timelines, and budgets independently.
* Continuous improvement mindset, actively seeking ways to optimise and innovate, be proactive.
* Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective cross-functional collaboration.
* Excellent People and resource management, including the ability to influence and coordinate teams.
* Digital proficiency, with experience using MS Office, CMMS, AutoCAD, and project management software.
Engineering Project Manager Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)
* Interact with Engineering management to interpret requirements for the relevant strategy, provide a technical overview & guidance, complete project Cost Time Resource (CTR) and feasibility study.
* Work with the relevant departments to complete basic design concept and understand user requirements, communicate with a multitude of equipment OEM’s (Both National & International), provide a clear and concise case for capital investment with project documentation completed & submitted for approval.
* Being the principal point of contact throughout the tendering process, co-ordinate installation preparation with relevant departments & external contractors, services & utility requirements to be completed (where possible) prior to equipment installation with plans & timelines to be agreed with relevant parties to ensure continuity throughout the install process.
* Monitoring and controlling. Regular update meetings held to monitor progress with key suppliers & stakeholders. FAT & SAT testing procedures followed to ensure compliance to all specifications.
* Snagging list to be monitored and resolutions checked and signed off accordingly.
