Engineering Reliability Manager

We’re looking for an Engineering Reliability Manager who can drive change, support teams, and make a real impact. If you’ve got the leadership skills to influence at every level, and the technical know-how to deliver smarter, more sustainable engineering, we’d like to talk.
What You’ll Do
Drive asset performance through a future-fit Asset Care strategy.
Support sites in building multi-year engineering and environmental plans.
Lead continuous improvement programmes that deliver real reliability and efficiency gains.
Embed Condition Based Monitoring and CMMS solutions that actually get used.
Boost environmental performance and ensure we’re compliant everywhere it matters.
Develop capability within the Engineering Leadership group and apprenticeship schemes.
Lead shared inventory rationalisation and optimisation (yes, that means making spares smarter).
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in engineering performance and improvement, ideally FMCG.
Strong leadership and influencing skills, preferably across multiple sites.
Background in delivering capital engineering investments in process and packaging.
Supplier relationship management expertise.
Degree in an engineering discipline (extra points for postgrad or CI/project management quals).
Ideally some short shelf-life or high-care experience.
More than anything, you’ll lead with humility, inclusivity, trust, and good humour. Because great engineering is about people as much as machines.
