Engineering Shift Supervisor
Location: Sittingbourne Area
Sector: Manufacturing | International Industry Leader
Salary: £51,000+ basic | OTE: £60,000+ with bonus & overtime
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off - Days Only (6:00am-6:00pm)
We're looking for an experienced and motivated Engineering Shift Supervisor to join a high-performing team at a leading international manufacturer based in Sittingbourne.

Your Responsibilities
Lead daily engineering operations, ensuring effective task allocation and team performance.
Work as part of a dynamic team to improve plant uptime, and reduce breakdowns.
Oversee and deliver engineering improvement initiatives alongside central support teams.
Working on plant equipment such as conveyors, extruders, wire cutters, kilns, packaging machines and robots
Drive best practice in preventative maintenance and asset reliability.
What We're Looking For
Time-served Engineering Apprenticeship or BTEC & NVQ Level 3 (or above) in Engineering or related field
Background in engineering supervision or team leadership within a manufacturing/industrial setting
Strong grasp of PPM systems, fault finding, and continuous improvement
Strong leadership and communication skills
High level of health & safety awareness
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
