Engineering Site Services Manager
Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for customer service and project management? We are looking for an office based, Site Services Manager to work closely with the Installations Manager to lead and support site teams, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and support site engineers and administrative staff, ensuring efficient daily operations
* Liaise with customers on job planning, work allocation, troubleshooting, and project execution
* Oversee the creation of risk assessments and method statements, ensuring compliance with regulations
* Conduct site safety inspections and promote workplace safety standards
* Collaborate with the sales team to assist with quotations and site visits
* Handle equipment testing, procurement, and certifications
* Maintain job packs, site documentation, and operational planning
* Promote health and safety practices, reporting unsafe working conditions
* Provide general office and site support, ensuring smooth administration and facility management
The ideal Engineering Site Services Manager will have strong customer service skills, effective communication, and excellent IT proficiency. You should possess a solid understanding of health and safety regulations, including site risk assessments, alongside strong organisational abilities and attention to detail. A positive, hands-on problem-solving approach is essential, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in a similar role, a full clean UK driving licence, and knowledge of technical drawings and engineering principles will be advantageous.
