Join a leading multi-site organisation renowned for quality and consistency in the manufacturing industry. We are seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to join our client's dynamic team.
In this pivotal role, you will report to the Engineering Manager and be instrumental in managing and developing our engineering function, ensuring smooth operations and high maintenance standards. Your leadership will foster a culture of continuous improvement, crucial for our ongoing growth.
Your Role Will Include:
Assisting the Engineering Manager in meeting departmental objectives.
Working closely with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
Leading investigations into faults and identifying root causes to improve equipment reliability.
Keeping maintenance records up to date and managing the CMMS system effectively.
Performing both scheduled maintenance and urgent repairs to keep operations running smoothly.
Championing process and equipment improvements to boost efficiency and reduce downtime.
What You'll Bring:
A HNC or equivalent qualification in a multi-skilled engineering discipline.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a maintenance engineering role.
Proven leadership or supervisory experience within an engineering environment.
Strong ability to interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.
Excellent communication skills and a methodical approach to organisation.
