Job Description
Marble Talent Group are currently recruiting for a Engineering Supervisor within the Fore and Security Industry to join a client of ours in St Albans.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support a team of engineers on installation and small works.
* Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to specification.
* Work closely with the Quoted Works Manager and Project Team.
* Maintain compliance, quality, and customer satisfaction
Personal Requirements:
* Experienced in installation and small works, within Fire & Security.
* Strong technical background as an Engineer or Supervisor.
* Confident leader with excellent communication
* Motivated, reliable, and committed to excellence.
