Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced HVAC Production Supervisor to oversee operations within a manufacturing environment focused on sheet metal components, particularly in the HVAC industry.

The Role:

  * Manage day-to-day production activities and ensure efficient workflow.

  * Supervise and motivate production staff, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

  * Collaborate with management to implement production schedules and inventory management.

  * Monitor production metrics and make suggestions for improvements.

  * Troubleshoot operational issues and lead problem-solving initiatives.

The Candidate:

  * Proven experience in manufacturing, ideally with sheet metal components in the HVAC industry.

  * Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

  * Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting.

  * Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Salary:

  * £35,000 - £40,000 PA

  * Monday to Friday 7:00 - 16:00
