M&E Supervisor | Leading FM Service Provider | £52,000 + Package
📍 Multiple Campuses | 🕒 Mon–Fri + On-Call | 💰 Competitive Salary (DOE)
Are you a hands-on M&E Supervisor with strong leadership skills and a solid background in Hard FM? We're hiring on behalf of a top FM service provider for a key role at a prestigious education site.
You’ll lead a skilled team delivering mechanical, electrical, fabric, and grounds maintenance. From managing PPMs and reactive works to driving compliance and safety, this is your chance to take ownership and make a real impact.
✅ What You'll Be Doing:
* Oversee day-to-day M&E operations across multiple campuses
* Manage in-house teams & subcontractors
* Ensure statutory compliance & H&S excellence
* Use CAFM systems to track and report performance
* Lead audits, inspections & small works projects
👷 What You’ll Need:
* Proven experience in M&E/Hard FM supervision
* Strong technical knowledge across building services
* Great leadership, communication & organisation skills
* Experience with CAFM systems & statutory compliance

To be successful you will need to hold a valid UK driver’s licence, NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, C&G 2391.
