Join a leading multi-site organisation renowned for quality and consistency in the manufacturing industry. We are seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to join our client's dynamic team.
In this pivotal role, you will report to the Engineering Manager and be instrumental in managing and developing our engineering function, ensuring smooth operations and high maintenance standards. Your leadership will foster a culture of continuous improvement, crucial for our ongoing growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Engineering Manager in achieving departmental goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
Lead fault diagnosis and root cause analysis to enhance machine reliability.
Maintain accurate documentation and manage the CMMS system.
Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes and equipment.What We Are Looking For:
HNC or equivalent in a multi-discipline engineering field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in maintenance engineering.
Supervisory or team leadership experience.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
