As an Engineering Support Technician, your responsibilities will include:
Providing first-line support for production and resolving engineering queries
Onboarding new technology by defining refurbishment strategies and writing work instructions
Collaborating with purchasing to approve suppliers and components
Implementing new designs into operations and delivering training
Monitoring and addressing quality issues, ensuring process improvements
As an Engineering Support Technician, your experience will include:
Minimum 3 years’ field engineering experience, ideally with ATMs
Background in mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
Ability to strip, rebuild, and test electro-mechanical devices
Familiarity with MS Office and strong documentation skills
Analytical approach to identifying improvements in components or assemblies
