Teaching Personnel are proud to be working in partnership with a forward-thinking secondary school in North Liverpool. The school is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Engineering Teacher with a strong background in Design Technology and Engineering to join their team.
The Role:
Deliver high-quality lessons in Engineering and Design Technology to KS3 and KS4 pupils.
Inspire and engage students in practical and theoretical aspects of the subject.
Plan, prepare and assess lessons in line with the school’s curriculum.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student achievement.
Contribute to the wider life of the school and support pupils in their academic and personal development.
The Ideal Candidate:
Holds QTS/QTLS or equivalent teaching qualification.
Has experience teaching Design Technology and Engineering in a secondary school setting.
Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and a passion for STEM education.
Possesses excellent classroom management skills and the ability to motivate learners of all abilities.
Is committed to raising standards and ensuring all pupils reach their full potential.
