Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and practical engineering lessons across Key Stages
Design and implement creative schemes of work aligned with national curriculum standards
Monitor student progress and provide meaningful feedback
Contribute to the development of a forward-thinking and ambitious department
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Holds QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
Strong background in engineering, design technology, or related STEM subjects
Passionate about inspiring young minds and promoting careers in engineering
Able to motivate and engage students from diverse backgrounds
Committed to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing
