Skills required for the job:
* Academic qualifications to support the role (mechanical/electrical/control skills), Electrical bias with control skills and preferable Networking skills.
* Experience in a high speed/volume manufacturing or production-type environment.
* Experience of supervising a team.
* Able to manage the engineering team on site.
* Able to manage an efficient engineering operation on site in line with KPI and budgetary targets.
* Manage the site’s Engineering Team in the delivery of effective engineering support and maintenance, preventing breakdowns from happening.
