Job Description

Engineering Team Leader required to lead maintenance team in a fast paced & growing FMCG business for a market leading company commutable from Falkirk, West Lothian, Stirlng & Glasgow. This position is based on a continental shift pattern and is within the drinks industry

The Role:

Provide engineering advice and coaching where necessary.
Manage and/or participate in manufacturing improvement project teams
Lead team of engineers within proactive and reactive maintenance in a fast paced manufacturing environment
Schedule, collate and generate data on a monthly basis of all site plant from a condition monitoring viewpoint, highlighting pre-fail components The Candidate:

Must be a good communicator
Detailed engineering knowledge of all aspects of manufacturing equipment
Recognised apprenticeship qualification or equivalent in relevant engineering discipline
Understanding of the contribution Engineering can make to the achievement of Manufacturing KPIs
Must have been in a leadership role within engineering and has extensive experience of managing people
Must be or have been a multiskilled engineer with hands on experience within FMCG
