What You Will Do:
- Develop and deliver professional training programmes tailored to engineering roles, ensuring every team member is equipped with up-to-date knowledge.
- Create and manage high-quality training materials in line with process updates, maintaining records of training versions.
- Coordinate training schedules to ensure timely delivery across the organisation.
- Design and implement tests to measure delegate understanding and competency, providing additional support where needed.
- Offer post-training assistance through clinics, one-to-one sessions, and real-time issue resolution.
- Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders to drive adoption and embed processes into business-as-usual operations.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience in training development and delivery is a must, ideally with a focus on process improvement.
- Proven experience in classroom training is essential, preferably with process focus.
- Strong project coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
