Engineering Transformation Implementation Specialist 📍 Location: Aztec West, Bristol (with travel to other sites as required) 💰 Rate: £309 p/d PAYE / £420 p/d Umbrella 🕓 Duration: 6-12 months (possibility of extension) Overview We're looking for two Engineering Transformation Implementation specialists to join the Process Simplification Workstream within the HPC Transformation Programme. This role will play a key part in driving efficiency and optimisation across the project as it transitions from civil works into the M&E installation phase. Key Responsibilities Support the Process Simplification Manager in developing and rolling out simplified engineering processes and arrangements. Lead assigned process reviews and manage interfaces across workstreams. Deliver workshops following the agreed HPC methodology and ensure all outcomes are captured and published in the Integrated Management System (IMS). Resolve process-related queries and assist with assurance reviews, issue resolution, and continual improvement initiatives. Support meetings and workshops, including preparing summary materials and minutes. Help develop evidence-based reviews of the Simplification Workstream's effectiveness. Requirements Essential: Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and Quality/Integrated Management Systems. Experience in a nuclear, engineering, or design office environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Strong IT proficiency (especially Microsoft Office). Ability to manage workload independently and deliver high-quality documentation on time. Relevant degree or demonstrable equivalent experience. Desirable: ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification. Understanding of Nuclear Site Licence Conditions and regulated environments. Experience in performance review, KPI analysis, and root cause investigation. Familiarity with PLM tools. Experience delivering or facilitating quality training and workshops. Location & Flexibility Primary base: Aztec West (Bristol) Regular on-site presence required (3-4 days per week). Occasional travel to other project sites: Gloucester, Bridgwater, Cannington, and Hinkley Point C. Limited remote working may be considered.
