Who We’re Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE

Experience or strong interest in working with hard-to-reach learners

A creative, flexible teaching style

Confidence teaching across KS2 and KS3
*
Commitment to holistic education and nurture-led learning
*
Patience, resilience, and a passion for supporting children who may have had a difficult start in education
The Children You’ll Teach
You’ll work with children who may have experienced trauma, social or emotional challenges, or disruption to their learning. Your role is to build trust, offer consistency, and help each student reconnect with their education—often for the first time in years.
